Mineral Paint has a subtle grain by itself and is suitable for walls, ceilings and furniture. This strong, quality paint is known for its luxurious look. Want a smooth stucco look without grain? Then you can lightly sand the surface after the second coat for a sleek finish that adds a quiet, sophisticated feel to your space.

Lime Paint creates a cloudy, soft effect without grain. This paint is ideal for walls and gives a natural, soothing look to the room.

It is possible to apply the Lime Paint and Mineral Paint in the bathroom (not in the shower area). Please note that it is important that you do coat the paint.

At Van Beton we offer several payment methods, below we will explain them in more detail.

iDEAL
When you choose the option 'pay via iDEAL' you will be linked from our website to your personal banking environment. Ideal is a trusted payment method, where you can complete your payment in a safe, familiar and trusted way. The advantage is that your payment is processed directly with us so we can ship your order as soon as possible!

Payments via iDEAL are possible when you bank with one of the banks listed below;

Pay afterwards via Klarna (+1.95 fee)
Post-payment allows you to place an order immediately, and you only have to pay once you have received and verified the order.

1. What is Back Payment?

Post-payment allows you to place an order immediately, and you only have to pay once you have received and verified the order. This way you know for sure what you are paying for, and you only pay for the products you actually keep. You can pay when it suits you best, within the payment period of 14 days.

2. How does it work?
To pay afterwards, choose the payment option "Pay afterwards via Klarna" during the ordering process. At the time of ordering Klarna checks whether the post-payment option is suitable for you. If it is, you will be redirected to the thank you page, and your order is completed.

Note! Make sure the last name used is registered to the given address. If this is not the case, Klarna cannot validate your data. Furthermore, you only need to enter your date of birth for verification.

You receive the product you ordered within the specified delivery time, after which Klarna's invoice follows by e-mail. In some cases Klarna rejects you. This can have various causes, such as a too large order amount. You will then be redirected to the payment page, where you can still complete the order with another payment method.

For questions about payment or reason for rejection, please refer to the customer service of Klarna. We cannot see any information from this.

3. What are the costs?
The cost for postpayment is 1.95 euros per order.

4. When to pay?
After receiving the product you will receive the invoice from Klarna by e-mail, this may take a few days. This invoice must be paid within 14 days. The invoice you received with the order confirmation is for your own administration, you do not need to do anything else with it.

Klarna payment details can be found on the invoice sent by Klarna.

Credit card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Maestro/CartaSi/Cartes Bainceres)
If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be redirected to your familiar payment environment where payment is made.

Bancontact/MisterCash (Belgium)
Bancontact/MisterCash is the most popular payment method in Belgium. Here, your physical bank card can be used as a means of payment both online and offline. Payments placed with Bancontact/MisterCash are guaranteed and immediately confirmed. A reliable, safe method of payment which is processed immediately.

All our products are shipped through an automatic system. The chance of sending the wrong product is therefore very small. Should it happen that you have received an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can correct the error. Please send an e-mail to info@vanbeton.nl containing your order details, description of the problem and a photo of both the wrong product and the box the product was delivered in. We will correct the error as soon as possible.

Please note! It is important to leave the incorrectly received product in its original packaging, otherwise unfortunately we will not be able to take it back or exchange it for you.

Ordered on working days before 14:00, is delivered within 1-2 working days. Once the order is transferred to the carrier (DHL), you will receive a shipping confirmation with track & trace code so you can track your order.

We strive to ship your order on time, and to provide you with all possible information. Unfortunately it may happen that an order is shipped late for some reason, this is very rare and we try with all our might to prevent it!

No our paint is not suitable for this.

It is possible to apply the Mineral Paint with a coating layer. Then we do recommend the stucco variant (block brush and spackle knife)

This is possible only if it cannot come into contact with fire or heat. So the fireplace must have a plate inside. It must also have a glass plate for the fire.

Do you have wallpaper as a substrate? Then it is also possible as long as it is suitable for paint application. So fiberglass wallpaper, renovlies wallpaper are possible.

We always recommend plastering the walls or using renovation wallpaper.

If you want to paint furniture, our Mineral Paint is suitable for that purpose. Make sure to use the Mineral Grip primer first (it is suitable for non-absorbent substrates). If you use it for bathroom furniture, for example, we additionally recommend the coating.

No this is not possible unfortunately.

No this is not necessary. Our Primer should be opaque enough before you apply our paint.

This is only possible with the Mineral Paint, make sure you also apply a coating layer as a final step. This way the wall is extra protected from moisture and dirt.
