Shipping & Returns
When you order on business days before 12:00 noon, your order will be delivered within 1-2 business days. We deliver in the Netherlands & Belgium.
All orders over €80 will be shipped for free. If you are under this amount we charge €6,95 for shipping. For our samples there is a shipping rate of €2,95 and for paint testers €4,95.
Should it be a large order, it will be delivered by pallet. The delivery then takes between 2-4 business days. Please note this also applies to business orders!
Returning
When you order paint from us, please note that the paint is specially mixed to color and therefore cannot be returned. This is because these products are excluded from the right of withdrawal by law.
Other products may be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, if unused and in original condition. If you return something outside the 14 days without our approval, we will ship the order back to you.
Return costs are at your own expense.
How does the return process work?
Step 1: Report your return via email info@vanbeton.nl. Include your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: Please return the products you wish to return in original condition and in a neat shipping box.
Step 3: Download the return form at the bottom of the page
Step 4: Print the form and fill in your details, add this form to the box
Step 5: Take the package to a parcel point (return costs will not be reimbursed by us)
Step 6: Keep the return receipt well
Step 7: Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us
Step 8: The purchase amount will then be refunded within 1 to 5 working days to the account of purchase
