  • - Free shipping for orders above €150,-.
  • - Under €150: €7.95 shipping.
  • - Samples: €3.95 shipping (sent by mail, without track & trace).
  • - Sample boxes & testers €7.95 shipping costs (sent as a mailbox package with track & trace)
  • - Other packages €7.95 shipping costs

Belgium

  • - 0-2 kg (samples loose): €5.95 (sent by mail, without track & trace).
  • – 0-2 kg (sample box or tester): €11.95 (mailbox package with track & trace).
  • - 5-10 kg: €19 shipping.
  • - 10-20 kg: €23.95 shipping costs.

Germany

  • - 0-2 kg (samples loose): €5.95 (sent by mail, without track & trace).
  • - 0-2 kg (sample box or tester): €13.95 (mailbox package with track & trace).
  • - 5-10 kg: €23 shipping costs.
  • - 10-20 kg: €32 shipping.

Large orders & business deliveries

  • - Large orders are shipped by pallet sent.
  • - Delivery time: 1-2 business days.

International shipping

We can also ship to other countries! Would you like to place an order outside the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany? Send us an e-mail and we will inform you about shipping costs and possibilities.

Returning

When you order paint from us, please note that the paint is specially mixed to color and therefore cannot be returned. This is because these products are excluded from the right of withdrawal by law.

Other products may be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, if unused and in original condition. If you return something outside the 14 days without our approval, we will ship the order back to you.

Return costs are at your own expense.

How does the return process work?

Step 1: Report your return via email info@vanbeton.nl. Include your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Please return the products you wish to return in original condition and in a neat shipping box.

Step 3: Download the return form at the bottom of the page

Step 4: Print the form and fill in your details, add this form to the box

Step 5: Take the package to a parcel point (return costs will not be reimbursed by us)

Step 6: Keep the return receipt well

Step 7: Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us

Step 8: The purchase amount will then be refunded within 1 to 5 working days to the account of purchase
